Auction Comments: We are just getting into the store, so we did not have time to accurately list all merchandise to be sold, but take my word for it there is an opportunity to furnish and accessorize many homes with the remaining inventory.  Most all furnishing are new, and must go.  Auction Terms: Terms of the sale is cash, good check, or visa/mastercard/Discover with valid driver’s license.   New merchandise is subject to 7% sales tax.   Once you have been declared the high bidder, it becomes your property. Home Furniture of Ames and Lekin Land & Livestock Auctioneers are not responsible for any merchandise once it is sold.  Please bring your pick-up and/or trailer as property needs to be  settled for and loaded the day of the sale.  The store will lock it’s doors forever on June 27, after you have had reasonable time to get your property loaded. No pickups will be allowed after this time.
